When asked why they smoke, one of the reasons smokers often cite is that it relaxes them and helps them to reduce stress. Recent research shows that this may not be the case. In fact, smokers may actually be more stressed out than non-smokers.

Most people aren't aware of the dangers of third-hand smoke, but just because you don't know about it doesn't mean it doesn't pose a serious threat to people's health. You can't just smoke in a room, turn on a fan, and then say that everything's okay because the smoke has now cleared. The dangers of third-hand smoke are very real.

When you smoke a cigarette, it doesn't just disappear into thin air. Each cigarette you smoke leaves behind residue. This cigarette residue gets into curtains, walls, clothing, and lots of other different places. Wouldn't you like to know just what is contained inside this cigarette residue that you and your loved ones are unknowingly inhaling into your bodies?
